Transportation Analysis Specialist (Transportation Engineer 3)
Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 3 in the Olympic Region Multimodal Planning unit. Reporting to the Senior Planner – Team Lead, the Transportation Engineer 3 will contribute to regional planning and project delivery efforts including supporting project-level pre-design activities; overseeing and completing corridor studies; reviewing local agency comprehensive plan amendments and periodic updates; participating on statewide plan and policy reviews; coordinating with regional planning organizations, local jurisdictions, and tribal nations; and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external customers. The incumbent leads technical analysis in areas of traffic operations analysis, travel demand modeling
