DSFederal is seeking a Health Policy Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will support the Genomic Data Sharing (GDS) team to support data sharing policy analysis, implementation activities, operational improvements, and customer and stakeholder support activities related to enhancing genomic data sharing policy implementation as well as broader data sharing policy implementation and activities.

Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses for GDS Team
Provide support on development of training, compliance and informational materials related to genomic data sharing implementation activities based on understanding of the data sharing policy landscape
Consult and collaborate with appropriate GDS stakeholders
Develop requirements, in partnership with data repository colleagues, to facilitate data sharing
Develop standard operating procedures necessary for supporting GDS policy operations
Develop project plans, milestones, and timelines and report on status
Support data management incident and customer service activities
Prepare reports and presentations for various stakeholders including leadership
Provide overall support to the GDS Team
Expertise & Requirements
A Masters or Doctoral Degree in Public Health, Bioethics or relevant Scientific Discipline required, training in genomics preferred, with 3 years of experience or more preferred
Experience with human subjects protections, work as an Institutional Review Board (IRB) analyst and/or clinical research administration or management or regulatory and policy analysis
Experience conducting data-gathering and data analysis activities utilizing quantitative and qualitative methods
Experience developing standard operating procedures in the context of clinical research or human subjects protections
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and project organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Expert user of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
Experience with Qualtrix and data visualization software preferred
