THE QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER WILL:   Perform job duties in compliance with site safety rules, with the intent of supporting an injury-free work environment. Assist the plant manager with the implementation of the site safety systems. Notify the plant manager of any safety systems malfunctions or violations.     Demonstrate leadership and commitment to the site quality management system through personal accountability, systems integration, and risk-based thinking.   Obtain, analyze, and coordinate corrective action, on significant deviations from quality standards.
