General Description The City of Madison is looking to hire a Signal and Lighting Section Head This position is a managerial position including supervisory, administrative and professional traffic engineering work as the head of the Signal and Lighting Section within the Traffic Engineering Division.  The work involves the planning, coordination, and performance of a wide variety of projects and activities within the area of specialization and involves supervision and professional development of lower-level staff and professional traffic engineers.  The work involves a high level of independence and action, a broad range of assignments, and responsibility for the City of Madison’s Traffic Signals, Street Lighting, and fiber Optic C
