POSITION SUMMARY Under general supervision of the Chief Operating Officer, this position is responsible for directing engineering designs, studies, projects, and reports; overseeing and managing the work of outside consultants and contractors; ensuring work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; performing and/or coordinating technical tasks; sharing professional knowledge and is a vital member of various project teams for the agency.   JOB DUTIES OR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following: Oversees and acts as project manager for large-scale design, construction, and improvement projects for the agency, with an eye toward sustainability Executes a v
