Lab Researcher - Mouse Genetics
Position Summary   The position is responsible for planning, developing, executing and monitoring testing techniques and investigative procedures under the direction of the Director of the Mouse Genetics Core Facility.   Essential Duties   Responsible for careful handling of animals for mouse identification, timed matings, health monitoring and weaning for general colony management. Performs molecular diagnostics as needed to facilitate colony management decisions. Responsible for setting up and generating pseudo pregnant recipients, superovulation, mating and harvesting of embryos.   Updates colony census reports weekly.  Documents and coordinates animal transfers into and out of faci
