SUMMARY: The Etica Group is seeking a Right-of-Way Engineer with a positive attitude to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.  The engineer is responsible for the execution of right-of-way projects. We are looking for an individual who thrives in managing projects often in an environment with multiple deadlines, has a strong attention to detail, proven leadership and can work cross-functionally to help grow the firm.
