About the Position This assignment will be responsible for, but not limited to, leading engineering functions pertaining to the development, implementation, and maintenance of improved processes and solutions. The job will lead engineering functions such as the Labor Management System (LMS) as well as the Kenco Operating System (KOS) at existing Kenco operations to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.  The role, in collaboration with our Innovation Lab, and BI (Business Intelligence) and Advanced Analytics team, will also keep a good pulse on new and emerging solutions and technologies and will take a forward-thinking approach for their application.  Additionally, this role will provide required support on different strategic, tactical, and operatio
