Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator, RNUF Health Shands HospitalGainesville, FL Open a new chapter of inspired care as a Trauma Performance Improvement Coordinator (TPIC) at UF Health Shands Hospital, a nationally recognized, 1,162-bed academic medical center located in beautiful Gainesville, Florida.In this full-time role, you’ll play an integral role in coordinating the quality improvement process for the Shands at UF Level I Trauma Center, Pediatric Trauma Referral Center and the Brain and Spinal Cord Injury Acute Care centers. The TPIC is responsible for monitoring the process and outcomes of adult and pediatric trauma patients through the continuum of care. Additionally, the TPIC ensures compliance with Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
