Project Manager (Project Management Specialist) (Rockville, MD) - Structure project readiness schedules in MS Project based on knowledge of biotech product launch life cycles. Implement & follow Project Mgmt Office standard methodologies, processes, & tools. Manage user acceptance testing & defect remediation process using Excel & JIRA. Create user interface mock-ups using Snagit. Create user stories & user acceptance criteria using ServiceNow/JIRA as well as knowledge of biotech product development (incl knowledge of lab testing & clinical trial mgmt protocols). Develop test plans, test scenarios, test cases, & traceability matrix for quality assurance using Excel & ServiceNow. Provide project deployment & post-deployment support. Req’s a Master’s Degree or equiv in Business Admin, Bio
