Histology Technologist
Job Responsibilities: As a member of Histology Core lab, reporting to laboratory manager, the technologist will precisely and accurately perform a variety of routine and specialized histology techniques and procedures. This position requires the production of the high quality of tissue processing, sectioning, H&E staining, and special staining including immunohistochemistry, as well as laboratory maintenance and document record-keeping. Primary responsibilities include: Tissue grossing, fixation, processing, and embedding including both fixed and fresh frozen tissues. Microtomy of fixed and frozen tissues, and section mounting.
