Trillium has an opening for a Quality Engineer. This position will ensure that the products and services produced by Trillium Engineering meet the highest quality standards.The role involves monitoring the entire process, from the design stage to final delivery to customers, to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.
Job functions include:
Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for all products or services. Tool calibration program, first article inspections program, audits, ESD program and others related to a quality program.
Work closely with the production team to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent defects or errors.
Conduct quality audits to ensure that all products or services meet or exceed the company's quality standards.
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and processes.
Investigate customer complaints and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.
Participate in the development and implementation of new products or services to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
Monitor, report and work with suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the company's quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of all quality control activities and provide regular reports to management.
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, flowcharts and other ISO implementation projects.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) from an accredited certification program.
Experience with electro-mechanical systems and with engineering software interfaces.
Experience with quality systems in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methods.
Experience in attaining ISO9001 and/or AS9100 quality certifications.
Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds (materials/equipment)
Effective use of a computer, laptop, cell phone and other mobile devices to exchange information.
