This position will guide union mechanics in the trouble shooting process to keep cranes productive in supporting a 24-hour operation in the loading and unloading of container ships. The position objective is to increase the skill set of current mechanics in the trouble shooting and maintenance of STS Cranes with the result of decreased down time and increased crane productivity.
