The Quality System Administrator provides support improving, fostering, and advancing the Quality Management System (QMS) for a product range that includes cosmetics, over the counter drugs and medical devices. Responsibilities include the successfully processing, documenting, maintenance and control of procedures, instructions, reports and quality records. This position will be managing internal audits and hosting external audits. The QA System Administrator will gather and prepare data for trend analysis and collect and report on key quality indicators. The person will be also be responsible for logging and aiding in the investigation of customer complaints and consumer feedback.
