Job Description   The City of Naperville seeks an Electrical Engineer II.   The Electrical Engineer II position reviews plans and specifications for utility system construction, provides professional consultation on construction in progress, and performs professional engineering work in the design of electric utility system development and improvements.  Project assignments typically include electric utility infrastructure design and development, the prepa­ration of equipment specifications, and responsibilities for meeting completion dates, bidding specifications and contracts, design reviews and cost constraints.  $74,582.45 - $117,749.60 Annually Duties   Designs electric distribution and/or substation
