The Associate Director is a licensed clinician, responsible for overseeing staff, operations and resources within a department or division to ensure optimal result and high employee engagement. Aligns with the strategic vision, goals and objectives of the health system related to hospital patient safety initiatives including but not limited to the patient safety rounding program (Patient Safety Wednesday) and Great Catch recognition programs. Advances a patient safety program that promotes a culture of safety and the elimination of avoidable harm and leads the Patient Safety Rounds and Great Catch programs. Roles & Responsibilities:
