Ultrasound Technician Per Diem
The Per Diem Ultrasound Technologist will perform research echocardiograms for the Multicenter AIDS Cohort Study (MACS)/Women’s Interagency HIV Study (WIHS) Combined Cohort Study (MWCCS) at the MWCCS clinical site: 2100 White Plains Road. Must be knowledgeable in various modalities of ultrasound, including vascular ultrasound, transthoracic echo, stress (exercise and pharmacological) echo, 3D echo and echo strain. Must be a Certified Echocardiology Sonographer. Perform accurate and quality diagnostic studies according to lab and research protocol. Perform appropriate number of tests per day Ensure that excellent patient care is given during echo procedures Teach and assist in training of new technicians Maintain appearance of
