The Quality Assurance Engineer plans, organizes, administers, and evaluates QA programs and processes for the Charlotte Area Transit System. Writes and revises processes/procedures. Solves process problems and implements process improvements.  Schedules and performs audits of internal activities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Works with CATS Management and all levels of CATS staff, consultant staff representatives, contractors and suppliers, and other organizations retained to implement projects and programs.
