TWO EXCLUSIVELY REMOTE POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE. We are seeking two qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of engaged and fun HRPP professionals in an exclusively remote environment. 

The HRPP/IRB analyst at CW conducts the local context review and approval process of proposed research activities involving human subjects at Children’s Wisconsin. The position requires an understanding of many complex regulatory and ethical issues, and helps balance the need to assure CW’s adherence to different federal regulations, the need to facilitate research, while also addressing ethical and institutional local context considerations. Candidates with knowledge of reliance agreement processes and SMART IRB are preferred. This position also participates in the conduct of quality assurance/quality improvement and protocol design, feasibility and start up activities as needed and will serve as voting member of the pediatric IRB committees.

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical, health science, social sciences or related field plus three years of experience with IRB and/or research regulations.
• Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Coordinator/Manager (CIC/CIM) preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the stated requirements and will be considered.
• Strong analytic skills and ability to manage multiple, complex activities while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting required timeframes.
• Experience with Huron Click or IRBNet is helpful.
