JOB SUMMARY: Manages, plans, and coordinates all emergency management functions for area of responsibility (pavilion). Works with all levels of management, reports to various committees, and facilitates the Emergency Management Committee in order to accomplish all emergency management requirements. Manages and coordinates all emergency preparedness related regulatory requirements for area of responsibility. Manages resources and maintains control of mid to large scale projects. Ensures projects are carried out as planned in terms of objectives, time and financial constraints, and organizational policies and procedures. Leads and coordinates all project activities for equipment procurement; conducts administrative utilization reviews and evaluations, as well as clinical and business stakeholder analyses.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1.Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management, Safety, Business Administration, Project Management OR four (4) years of experience in related field. 2.Work Experience (Years and Area): Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, emergency management or related field. 3.Management Experience (Years and Area): Two (2) years of project management experience. 4.Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment.
