You Will Be Responsible For:
Demonstrates through behavior AdventHealthâ™s core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork as outlined in the organizationâ™s Performance Excellence Program booklet.
Monitors and supports robotic and non-robotic events in progress, providing timely customer service from pre-event through close of programs; this includes but is not limited to supporting catering needs for all programs.
Monitors the maintenance of Nicholson Center conference space; maintains the physical appearance of the conference space as a premier and critical tour stop for potential clients/partners.
Handles Registration Desk duties as assigned, managing customer check-in, customer service, and other tasks as they arise.
Utilizes a flexible attitude and willingness to make changes. Promotes and contributes positively to departmental team work.

Required:
Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to work under own initiative.
Maintain a sense of calm under pressure

Hospitality Catering Service
3 yearsâ™ experience in Customer Service, Retail, or similar field
Job Summary:
The Guest Services Specialist actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Works closely and actively participates with the Hospitality and Guest Services Manager to ensure excellent customer service. Involved in meal and meeting room setup, catering management and service, registration desk duties, and other customer service needs as they arise. Is accurate and timely. Assures excellent customer experience. Adheres to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.
