Assistant Professor, Plant Synthetic Biology or Bioengineering
The University of Georgia invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Plant Synthetic Biology or Bioengineering, beginning August 1st, 2024, at the level of Assistant Professor. This is an interdisciplinary position with a joint appointment in the Department of Plant Biology (plantbio.uga.edu) and the Institute of Bioinformatics (iob.uga.edu). The successful candidate will use combined experimental and computational approaches to engineer plants, providing solutions to real-world problems.
