Zircoa, Inc. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager with a strong emphasis on Key Account and Relationship Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our product lines serving a variety of unique, high-temperature furnace applications and developing strategies to maximize revenue and profit, with a particular focus on key account management.

Develop and implement strategic plans to support Zircoa's strategy
Identify what matters to current and prospective customers and communicate it to the rest of our organization
Develop partnerships with customers
Your challenge is to learn and understand customer’s operating parameters, choose the composition and design that will best maximize the benefits of using Zircoa’s products, and know when we do not have the right product for the application. Our primary task is to help customers make a good decision.

The ideal candidate for the Product Manager position at Zircoa, Inc. should have extensive experience in refractory sales or installation with a strong emphasis on Key Account and Relationship Management.
Qualifications & Experience (desirable for this position)
A degree in Materials Science or equivalent experience is preferred
Product Development and/or Application Engineering are excellent background
Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
