Overview Managerial level position responsible for advancing projects from concept through design and successfully transitioned to the Capital Development or Construction Management teams to implement. Position has authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the agency with outside partners to create and manage a new Speed and Reliability program of highly political and visible projects of Speed and Reliability Corridor Improvements. This position requires close coordination and collaboration with other government entities and various sections across Community Transit including but not limited to Plannin
