JOB SUMMARY At Houston Methodist, the Manager, Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Program position serves as the RCR subject matter expert for the Houston Methodist Research Institute (HMRI) and is responsible for providing and coordinating specialized training and administrative support in all RCR areas, including but not limited to: Research Integrity and Misconduct, Data Management and Sharing, Publication Practices and Responsible Authorship, Conflicts of Interest (COI) and Commitment (including management of Foreign Relationships), Collaborative Science, Mentoring, and Peer Review. The RCR Manager will also supplement existing educational efforts in the areas of Human and Animal Research Protections and Laboratory Safety. The manager will serve as
