JOB SUMMARY: Manages, plans, and coordinates all emergency management functions for area of responsibility (pavilion). Works with all levels of management, reports to various committees, and facilitates the Emergency Management Committee in order to accomplish all emergency management requirements. Manages and coordinates all emergency preparedness related regulatory requirements for area of responsibility. Manages resources and maintains control of mid to large scale projects. Ensures projects are carried out as planned in terms of objectives, time and financial constraints, and organizational policies and procedures. Leads and coordinates all project activities for equipment procurement; conducts administrative utilizat
