Asset Management Program Department Head
Position Description: Responsible for the management and oversight of the Engineering Department’s Asset Management Program. Oversee and guide the development, integration, and coordination of the Commission’s asset management program and strategic asset management planning efforts. Coordinate asset management program requirements with Engineering, Construction, Accounting, IT and Field Services departments. Establish risk-based and fact-based methodologies to managing infrastructure needs. Develop a comprehensive inventory of assets, condition assessment of those assets, improving coordination and communication within the utility’s operations, and improving the decision-making process for asset management based on quanti
