Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Structural Project Manager / Team Leader who is experienced in 'start to finish' project management for the structural design of new buildings and building renovations.  The Manager will have responsibility as the prime contact with clients and will directly report to a Principal.  The role will be a people leader position with 2-3 direct reports, with the opportunity to grow the team.  We are looking for experience in staff budgeting, schematic design, detailed analysis and design for multiple building types, and direct client interaction.
