DescriptionSummary:Responsible for assisting in all activities pertaining to meeting and maintaining compliance with standards and regulations from regulatory bodies through a comprehensive interdisciplinary plan for constant regulatory readiness for all CHRISTUS facilities, units, departments, Associates, and medical staff. Assists with education and training of associates, leadership team, and medical staff as necessary regarding regulatory needs. Responsible for assisting with meeting annual goals and objectives for the department.  Other duties as assigned based on regulatory and compliance needs  (Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards and CMS Conditions of Participation)Requirements:Bachelor
