Director of Facilities
Director of Facilities position will be responsible for effective and efficient operations of the Engineering and Bio-Med departments of Heartland Regional Medical Center, this position ensures exceptional leadership and delivery to the facilities maintenance and plant operation employees. Leads daily activities for a designated administrative function to ensure the business goals and objectives are achieved. Develops and implements policies and procedures, prepares and monitors the budget, and manages staff. Knowledge of facility construction and building systems, including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and emergency power systems, roofs, building facades, and their associated operation and maintenance.
