The U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM) is seeking candidates for a Department of the Army, full-time Supervisory Research Scientist position to serve as Chief of the Thermal and Mountain Medicine (TMMD). USARIEM’s mission is to provide solutions to enhance Warfighter health and performance through biomedical research. The TMMD conducts research to sustain and enhance Warfighter performance and minimize medical risk associated with military operations at environmental extremes, including hot, cold, high-terrestrial altitude and multifactorial environments.
