Wasatch Peaks Ranch’s (WPR’s) Director of Utilities Development is in charge of the planning, programming, design, permitting, construction and delivery of all wet and dry utility development projects/initiatives at WPR. This position serves on the development team alongside other horizontal and vertical development managers. The Director of Utilities Development is charged with creating and delivering best-in class wet and dry utility systems and facilities for the WPR community that are delivered on budget, on schedule and meet or exceed regulatory agency requirements and member and ownership expectations.
