Manager Clinical Lab Operations - Lab-AdministrationSUMMARY: Reporting to the Laboratory Director, this position is responsible for the daily and long-term operations of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine (DPLM). In collaboration with the laboratory operations team, the Operations Manager ensures requirements are met for regulatory/accreditation compliance, facilitates resource management, and participates in systems planning. This position oversees personnel management to ensure high quality patient care, continuous process improvement, and employee engagement.
