Subject Matter Expert - Water Resources
What does this job entail? The Subject Matter Expert – Water Resources will be responsible for: Coordinating with the engineering team and clients on aspects of project execution (proposal, budget, scope, meetings, analysis, design, presentation, utility coordination, specifications, reports, etc.). Engineering calculations and drawings, field observations, preparing design reports and exhibits, developing 1D and 2D computer models, floodplain mapping and watershed planning. Leading and advising on floodplain management while acting as point of contact for flood risk assessments, mapping, reporting and communication to communities and stakeholders. Creating and developing complex hydrologic and hydraulic models and analyses
