The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for Vertiflo’s national inside sales effort.  Key responsibilities include: Processing sales: Provide technical support on pump applications to Vertiflo customers Evaluate customer order requirements and specifications, and prepare proposals using software, sales catalogues, and cost estimates according to technical and performance requirements Prepare and process parts orders (and, over time, pump orders) Customer service: Respond promptly to customers’ technical inquiries and problems Resolve product returns and warranty requests in coordination with engineering and manufacturing
