Sr Principal Scientist – Hematology & Regeneration NIBR San Diego
What you'll bring to the role:* Ph.D. with at least 10 years' experience in experimental hematology or closely related field, with supporting publication record. Experience with HSC biology, molecular biology, and/or immunology is strongly preferred* Demonstrated expertise with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Biology (HSC) biology to establish the in vitro and in vivo models required for establishing drug discovery programs with experience with optimizing gene delivery into HSC or CAR-T biology* The candidate will have a demonstrable record of accomplishment of driving and supporting multiple research projects, and contributions as an author to high-impact, peer-reviewed publications in the field* Leadership experience, including direct reporting and peer-management is requ
