DescriptionThe Salomonis lab within Biomedical Informatics develops new integrative solutions for single-cell and bulk genomics assays with an emphasis on understanding cellular heterogeneity in healthy tissue systems and disease. This includes various computational approaches for single-cell transcriptomics and multimodal analysis.
