Patient Safety Process Manager
Responsibilities The Patient Safety Process Manager's primary site of work is Reading Hospital but supports individuals across Tower Health to successfully utilize RL Datix for reporting, investigating events and managing the system across all sites. The Patient Safety Process Manager acts as an organizational resource for patient safety concepts, tools and methods. Primary responsibilities include facilitating and advising on Cause Analysis methods to identify causes and contributing factors for safety events and near misses. This individual also facilitates Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Apparent Cause Analysis (ACA) Teams. Work with key leaders to assure that corrective actions are addressed, and improvement monitored in response to what is learned in the
